KOJU Rosemary Pepper

KOJU Rosemary Pepper

Our first flavour, and a confident one. Rosemary brings a botanical aroma, black pepper gives it body and Sichuan pepper adds freshness. Sparkling, tangy and complex without being complicated. It knows what it's doing.

Serve it ice-cold as an aperitif, then keep pouring through dinner. It's made for rich, fatty and salty food: the acidity cuts straight through and resets your palate after every bite. Try it with aged cheese, charcuterie, olives and salted nuts, crispy fried chicken or a golden roast chicken. Oysters work, and so does a spicy Asian dish. The pepper and herbs bring out the savoury side, and the bubbles keep everything fresh.

Just as good on a random Wednesday as at a party.

How to serve

Serve KOJU ice cold and in a wine glass. Its fresh acidity, light fizz and rosemary-pepper character make it a natural aperitif, but it also works beautifully at the table. Pair it with oysters and crudo, charcuterie and aged cheeses, grilled vegetables, creamy pasta or other light, savoury dishes.
